Recently stayed at Pousada Beija-Flor in Paraíso do Alto, a charming rustic guesthouse with a tranquil flower garden. The rooms are cozy, with premium bedding and a lovely balcony offering views of the lush surroundings. The homemade breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh banana cake and scrambled eggs that filled us up for a day of exploration. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Ari Valadão Avenue with its vibrant restaurants and bars, ideal for immersing in the local culture.The atmosphere at Beija-Flor was delightful, filled with the scent of fresh flowers, making our stay truly relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home during our visit. We found the complimentary parking and free WiFi very convenient, allowing us to stay connected and explore the area with ease.The tranquility of the garden and the comfortable seating areas in the rooms provided the perfect setting to unwind after a day of hiking in Chapada dos Veadeiros. The French couple I was with thoroughly enjoyed the experience, extending our stay to fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful ambiance. Beija-Flor exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning for another romantic escape.
